Private Event Pricing & How It Works
Hosting a private event with us is simple, transparent, and customizable. Here’s a clear breakdown of what to expect:
Pricing Structure — Full Buyout/Hourly
- $2,000 venue fee
- $4,000 food & beverage minimum (plus tax & gratuity)
- Payment due 1 week prior to the event
- Credit card payments include a 3% convenience fee; checks and money orders are also accepted.
- Hourly cost: $1,000 per hour that we are closed to the public.
- For events over 50 guests, an additional hour will be added to allow time for resetting the dining room before reopening.
Food Options
- Select 4–5 items from our private event menu.
- Optional cheese station available.
- Food is served butler-style for 2 hours.
- Cheese stations are replenished for 2 hours.
Bar Packages
Choose from:
- Beer & Wine
- Beer, Wine & Mixed Drinks
- Open Bar
Bar service is charged on consumption. If your event exceeds the minimum, the remaining balance is settled at the end of the night.
Standard mixed-drink selections include:
Tito’s Vodka, Tanqueray Gin, Four Roses Bourbon, Sailor Jerry Rum, and Milagro Silver Tequila.
Premium whiskeys can be offered as cash-bar items upon request to help avoid high per-shot costs.
How the Minimum Works
Once your food selections are finalized, the remaining portion of your $4,000 minimum is applied to the bar tab.
We track your total throughout the event and will check in with you as you approach the minimum so you can choose to continue hosted service or switch to a cash bar.
